Affiliate Director

 

The owner or top-level leader of an Affiliate account. Sets strategy, oversees all branches, controls billing and payouts, and grants or revokes access.

 

  • Can: create branches, invite/remove users, manage plans & payments, view all data

  • Typical users: founders, owners, national directors

 

 

Affiliate Admin

 

Delegated admin who helps run the Affiliate account day-to-day. Handles configuration and support without full ownership obligations.

 

  • Can: manage users and settings, view reports, assist with payouts and compliance

  • Typical users: operations leads, trusted assistants

 

 

Branch Manager

 

Leader for a specific city, group, or service line. Owns local scheduling, assignments, and event delivery quality.

 

  • Can: create events, assign contractors, track readiness, message teams

  • Typical users: city directors, team captains, line managers

 

 

Contractor

 

A performer or service provider engaged per event. Receives assignments, confirms availability, and gets paid through Fortiffi.

 

  • Can: update availability, accept/decline gigs, access event details, receive payouts

  • Typical users: carolers, musicians, tech crew, gig-based pros

 

 

Consumer

 

The end customer who books services with an Affiliate. Interacts through branded forms, confirmations, and updates.

 

  • Can: submit booking requests, receive schedules & messages, handle payments securely

  • Typical users: event planners, venue managers, corporate coordinators

 

 

How the Roles Work Together

 

  1. Affiliate Director/Admin set up branches and configure booking, payment, and user settings.

  2. Branch Managers create events, staff them, and communicate with teams.

  3. Contractors confirm assignments and perform.
