Affiliate Director
The owner or top-level leader of an Affiliate account. Sets strategy, oversees all branches, controls billing and payouts, and grants or revokes access.

Affiliate Admin
Delegated admin who helps run the Affiliate account day-to-day. Handles configuration and support without full ownership obligations.

Branch Manager
Leader for a specific city, group, or service line. Owns local scheduling, assignments, and event delivery quality.
